4. Payment Terms
4.1 Payment Methods

4.2 Payment Schedule
- Full payment is required for same-day bookings
- A 50% deposit may be required for advance bookings
- Balance payments are due before tour commencement
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
5.1 Customer Cancellations
- 24+ hours notice: Full refund
- 12-24 hours notice: 50% refund
- Less than 12 hours notice: No refund
- No-show: No refund
5.2 Company Cancellations
We reserve the right to cancel tours due to:

- Insufficient bookings (minimum 2 participants required)
- Force majeure events
In case of company cancellation, customers will receive a full refund or alternative tour dates.
